• All of your neighbors are getting their roof replaced.  If your neighbors are getting new roofs, it is highly likely that you will need a new roof as well. Whether it is a hail storm or high winds, the damages usually cover a large area which would include you. Also, if you wait too long past the storm event the insurance company has the right to deny your claim on the grounds that you didn’t take care of the issue within the specified time frame.
